Seit dem 14. April 2005 liegt die Gewerbeerlaubnis gem. § 34 c der Gewerbeordnung (GewO), ausgestellt vom Ordnungsamt (Sachgebiet 3) der Stadt Augsburg, vor. Es wurde erlaubt:


1) Vermittlung des Abschlusses, Nachweis der Gelegenheit zum Abschluss von Verträgen über

• Grundstücke, grundstücksgleiche Rechte, Wohnräume, gewerbliche Räume

2) Wirtschaftliche Vorbereitung und/oder Durchführung von Bauvorhaben

• als Bauherr in eigenem Namen für eigene und fremde Rechnung unter Verwendung von Vermögenswerten von Erwerbern, Mietern, Pächtern, sonstigen Nutzungsberechtigten, von Bewerbern um Erwerbs- oder Nutzungsrechte


• als Baubetreuer im fremden Namen für fremde Rechnung (z.B. Bauträger und Generalunternehmer).
